Delivery

We take great pride in mail order service with free worldwide shipping. We will deliver your fly lines as soon as possible, usually despatching next day via Posti (Finland Post Office) economy mail. Posti offers the fastest way to deliver smaller items fitting in an A4-envelope in a Economy Letter. These letters are possible to order directly to your mail box or mail slot. In our experience, priority letters sent to Scandinavian destinations usually arrive 2 to 4 working days after we post them and parcels sent overseas usually arrive within 5 to 21 working days. Please note that overseas customers living out with the European Union may have to pay additional import duties/taxes on receipt of their parcel in their country.

Returns and Cancellation

We understand that there are times when you might change your mind about a product that you have ordered.You can try the products and make sure they are satisfying and accurate. If the product does not meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it by a Notice of Cancellation within 14 days of the product purchase. The 14 days right-to-return starts at the time the you receives the goods. Before you return the goods, please contact us within the fourteen day time frame via the email address in the contact details to inform us that you wish to return the product. Following your email, please post the product to the address in the contact details and we will issue a full refund as soon as your parcel reaches us. Please note that for a refund to be issued, the returned item must reach us within 30 days of the date that you notified us via email that you wished to return the item.

Please note that if you have changed your mind about your purchase, you will be responsible for the postage costs of returning the product. The returned product must be in pristine condition and in the original packaging, we understand that a fly line box may get creased in transit, but the fly line must not have been unpacked and the original retention tags must be in place.
